Mr. Hodge has experience in the telecommunications industry in regards to business development, sales, operations, consulting and business strategy. Tim was employed with Bell Canada for 10 years in which he was responsible for creating and growing the $300 million wireless division, growing the team to more than 1000 employees, as well as leading a sales push against other industry wireless carriers. Tim led many merger and acquistion projects during his time at Bell. Mr. Hodge was also a general manager of Northwest Tel, the exclusive cellular network provider in the Northwest Territories. Tim has also provided consultation to leaders in the industries related to wireless and software technology. Prior to Tim’s work in telecommunications, he was process and outsourcing consultant for SHL Systemhouse and Unisys Canada.

Mr. Kevin MacDonald fills the role of Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Mr. MacDonald’s experience with Shaw Communications Inc. and Star Choice Satellite is a valuable asset to GEOTrac. Kevin's focus is on ensuring constant, consistent, comprehensive communication between customers and GEOTrac. Customer support materials such as user guides and manuals are developed to help simplify our service for customers. At GEOTrac, we are always looking for new and innovative ways of getting feedback from our customers who want us to improve our business. Mr. Slone comes to GEOTrac from Zaio Corporation, where he led the development team as the VP Technology. Kirk has also led a team at Captaris where he architected their workflow product. Currently Kirk is leading the innovative development of both GIS and .NET development for all of GEOTrac’s fleet management and lone worker solutions. His approach to development with Agile development and daily scrums is driving the business at GEOTrac to new levels.
